A lot of people have been emailing in asking about the this photo a small girl in the room with Jack that appeared on the ABC Photo Gallary. This photo was a cut hallucination scene that was not used in the Premiere. Over 22 minutes of footage was left on the cutting room floor and this include the leaked set photo of Jack saving the same little girl from choking. I hope this clears things up.

misfit is right. this is a real photo. but this scene obviosly got deleted, it probabblly was gonna be part of his hullucinations+the choking girl scene got deleted out too.
