Cooper has arms. The Man from Tallahassee does not. However, he does have the mental ability trick people into seeing what he wants them to see. Except for arms.

Hey Misfit, if you want to know how to use Paint better, next time coppy and past some of the wall or material in the back using the "Select" feature. It would do a better job of disguising the arms than just black.
